With the largest Latine population in the U.S., New York City is home to an abundance of talent. Enjoy an evening with these incredible comics as humor transcends barriers through the universal language of laughter.

NYLaughs is excited to be back this fall at Lincoln Center with our 10th show in a 2024 series of free comedy performances, offering New Yorkers a much-needed laughter intervention!  NYLaughs is thrilled to join forces with Lincoln Center for it’s fall programming in our fourth year, a celebration of collaboration and giving back to the community. This marks the first time we’ve programmed The Atrium expanding our partnership to 10 nights giving New Yorkers a place to laugh on Wednesdays over the 2024.  Best of all, admission to all shows is free!

This remarkable program is made possible by the generous support of various organizations. Pedro Gonzalez

Pedro Gonzalez is a Colombian stand-up comedian known for his intelligent humor that challenges stereotypes and offers a unique perspective on dating, work, and life in America as an immigrant. Born in Colombia, Pedro moved to the U.S. at 19 and pursued a Ph.D. in Literature at UCLA with the goal of teaching at a university. However, he discovered stand-up comedy, which he found to be more appealing as it only required one hour of work a day. Pedro writes and performs in his second language, using his comedy to defy stereotypes and broaden his audience’s perspective. He made history as the first Colombian comedian to appear on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

 

Carmen Lynch

Carmen Lynch, a stand-up comedian, has gained acclaim for her distinctive dry wit and observational humor. She tours extensively, performing her unique style of comedy at clubs and venues across the country. Lynch has made notable appearances on popular late-night shows such as “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” “Conan,” and “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” She’s also been featured on Inside Amy Schumer, That Damn Michael Che, Life & Beth, and the documentary Hysterical. Carmen is a versatile performer, touring with stand-up comedy in Spanish, hosting the SiriusXM podcast The Human CentiPOD with celebrity guests, and gaining popularity with her viral videos on TikTok (@carmencomedian). Her comedy albums “Vertically Obese” and “Dance Like You Don’t Need the Money” are available on iTunes and Spotify.

 

Fabrizio Copano Headliner

Fabrizio Copano is a Chilean comedian known for his sharp wit and insightful humor. He is a Just for Laughs “New Face” and a well-known Latin American comedian, who made history as the first South American comedian to film an original Netflix comedy special. He even led his own late-night show “El Late de Copano” while joining “Mas Mejor,” a Latino-focused comedy platform and YouTube channel produced by Broadway Video. He has gained popularity through his stand-up specials and television appearances, including his work on “El Club de la Comedia” in Chile. Copano’s comedy often explores social and political issues, offering a humorous yet thought-provoking take on current events. He is praised for his clever observations and engaging delivery, making him a respected figure in the comedy scene
